"The main course was a goat's preparation, beautiful rosé deliciously crispy with a fine fat crust. Less well known, the goose's goose in the Visé region is an ancient folk tradition with a variety of variations. As a garnish a carrot quinoa, carrot root, artichoke A nice touch of carrot puree. Very nice preparation with a good taste palette and summer fresh. A topper thanks to the perfect yarn and nice texture of the meat. The goose preparation was sublime supported by a full-bodied tempranillo with solid color and proper palette.
